  • Platform Usage Info: When you attend a session via Zoom, we may collect attendance data and session length (but not recordings, unless explicitly requested and agreed upon).

We use Zoom for virtual coaching sessions. These platforms are encrypted and offer industry-standard security; however, I cannot guarantee complete confidentiality due to the nature of the internet and third-party software.

Your responsibilities:

  • Choose a private, secure location for your virtual session

  • Use a secure internet connection (avoid public Wi-Fi when possible)

  • Notify me if you prefer an alternate platform or have concerns about virtual sessions

I do not record sessions unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  • Schedule and conduct coaching sessions (virtual and in-person)

  • Deliver access to online coaching programs

  • Communicate session details, changes, and reminders

  • Process payments and issue receipts
