1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and/or using services offered by Creating A Holistic Life LLC,  you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of this website and our services.

2. Services Provided

I offer:

• Christian-based life and mental wellness coaching

• Christian Based Online Programs

• Brainspotting

• In-person and virtual (Zoom) sessions

These services are non-clinical and intended for educational, build skills and strengthen mindsets, spiritual, and personal growth purposes. They are not substitutes for licensed therapy, medical care, or psychological treatment.

3. User Eligibility

By using my services, you confirm you are:

• At least 18 years old, or have written consent from a parent/guardian

• Mentally and emotionally able to engage in coaching responsibly

• Not currently in a psychiatric crisis or requiring emergency care

4. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. I accept payments via secure third-party processors (e.g., Wix booking system). You agree not to initiate chargebacks without attempting to resolve concerns with us first. All prices are set and fixed, which means I will not negotiate price for services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• 1-on-1 Sessions: Require 24 hours’ notice to cancel/reschedule. Missed appointments may be charged in full.

• Digital Products: All sales are final due to instant access.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, digital products, and materials are the intellectual property of Creating A Holistic Life LLC, and may not be reproduced, shared, or used without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

You understand that you are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. I am not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of this site or coaching services.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and any claims shall be resolved through mediation or small claims court in Outagamie, Wisconsin.

9. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of changes.
